It should be true that all supermassive blackholes are interconnected for all time. Stretched energy bands appear to stretch and loose cohesion. Velocities around the black holes appear to be slower than particles far between them.

This moment of separation is not visible by any radio telescope. This is when the universe was in a state of rapid expansion to roughly the size it is today.
