Blowing up Ngitch with a Satchal of Gunpowder


Ngitch, the Bucket Head The first of many was created in 1989. The cute little guy was taken apart and rebuilt many times. He spawned hundreds of other characters with unique weapons and abilities, including the evil Lord of the Night, standing beside him. His brother was the least of his adversaries at this point. Many years later, I was rebuilding him one day, stuffing his body with paper bags, when my buddies busted in with a satchel of gunpowder. "Lets do it!" I said. We rigged it up, perched him on top of a rock, then stepped back. Chad lit the fuse. We waited... Nothing... We looked at each other puzzled. Still Nothing... "Think the fuse went out?" "Im not checking..." another of us said. "Chad, go look!" One step then Pow! His chest exploded, and an arm flew off. Rather sparkly, fire crackled out of his chest for a while as the paper bags ignited. Then vwooosh!!! The pouch of gasoline ignited inside of his head ignited and shot out a nearly twenty foot flame! It was the best burning art flame thrower I have ever seen. Then, he melted. The flames slowly ate away at the plastic, and his face meltled off. When it was over, he was nothing but a pile of trash... a couple puddles of hard, black mud.
